Affiliate Agreements

Affiliate programs are essentially business referral arrangements.  An affiliate program is a very simple and inexpensive marketing tool.

If your going to use affiliates you need to have an agreement that not only protects you from the consequences of and actions of your affiliates but also provides the affiliates with a clear understanding of the relationship between you and them.

There are 3 affiliate agreements in our package.  Since many marketers use Click Bank as their payment processor we have included an agreement for those businesses.  The long form gives the experienced marketer an air tight and comprehensive agreement.  The Standard form provides maximum protection but at the same time is a little more friendly.

If you want an Affiliate Agreement and if you use Click Bank as your payment processor then this is the form you should chose.  This is a comprehensive Affiliate Agreement that covers all the the important terms and conditions.

Affiliate Agreement With Standard Terms
If you want a comprehensive and all inclusive Affiliate Agreement then this is the form you should chose.  This form is best suited for experienced and successful marketers, where there is a demand for their product and the need for an agreement that will provide a high degree of protection.

Affiliate Agreement-Long Form
If you want a basic but yet comprehensive  Affiliate Agreement then this is the form you should chose.  This form is best suited for beginners but can be used with confidence by more experienced marketers.
